UK DELIVERIES

FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £50. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery. 

No discount code is required to activate free delivery but please note this offer is restricted to private customers and cannot be applied to any wholesale orders. 

We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

Wholesale or high value orders will be sent with either FedEx or DPD Local on either a 48hr or overnight service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been despatched. 

Shipping Policy:

It is your own responsibility to enter the correct delivery address during checkout. If you input the wrong address details neither Sid Valley Candles and Soaps or the courier can be held accountable for this. Sid Valley Candles and Soaps uses multiple delivery services, these include The Royal Mail, Evri, DPD,DHL, UPS and Pacelforce.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your product urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

PROMOTIONAL CODES:

Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value. Exclusions may apply to some promotions. We regret that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

International orders will usually be sent with either Royal Mail or DHL or UPS on a fully Tracked and Signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world within 4 - 10 working days although some services may be faster.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying all customs duties and fees. Sadly Sid Valley has no control over these charges. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@sidvalley.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure the products you order are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place please note that Sid Valley Candles and Soaps or the courier cannot be held liable for the parcel once delivered.

We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles or wax melts that have been use
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to info@sidvalley.com so we can organise a replacement or refund.  We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Please contact us for further details at info@sidvalley.com
